Carla arrived in Brisbane in December 2017 from Barcelona.

In her home country, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. She worked as a social worker for over three years helping people living with a mental health condition on their road to recovery. In 2017, Carla decided that it was time to explore the world.

In Australia, Carla’s thirst to learn and upskill led her to further her studies, this time in the counselling realm. She now holds a Dual Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Transpersonal Therapies. For the last three years, Carla has been supporting NDIS participants as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach / Support Coordinator, putting into practice the knowledge acquired throughout her studies, and the lessons learned while working as a social worker.

 

Carla brings a new perspective to the game. Integrity, communication, empathy, and creativity are her core values, and these are reflected in the way she connects with people, supporting them to evolve.
